Christina Ricci has been a Hollywood figure since she was a child. Her big breakout role was in the 1991 box office hit “The Addams Family,” the film adaptation of the comic and ’60s comedy series.
Throughout the years Ricci would continue to rack up film credits, including starring roles in “Casper,” “The Opposite of Sex” and “Monster.” Ricci’s role in “The Opposite of Sex” would earn the actress her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress — Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.
Currently, Ricci stars in Showtime’s “Yellowjackets,” a TV series about high school soccer players who survived a plane crash in the Ontario wilderness and how they are piecing their lives back together as adults. Ricci’s role on the show recently earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress — Series, Miniseries or Television Film.

1999
In 1999, Ricci competed for her first Golden Globe Award in the Best Actress — Motion Picture Musical or Comedy category for her role in “The Opposite of Sex.” For her career milestone moment, Ricci arrived on the red carpet in a shimmering black lace and crystal embroidered sleeveless dress. She accessorized the sparkling ensemble with a fur trim stole draped over her arms.
2001
Ricci attended the 2001 Golden Globe Awards in a minimalist ensemble. She wore a thin strapped nearly sheer brown bustier top paired with a matching maxiskirt with a ruffle midline.
2002
Arriving for the 2002 Golden Globes red carpet, Ricci wore a purple midi one-shoulder dress with gathered fabric detail on the bodice. She completed the look with black peep-toe heels.
2004
At the 2004 Golden Globe Awards, Ricci kept it classic in a one-shoulder, black Grecian-inspired dress. She kept accessories to a minimum, opting to emphasize the Little Black Dress concept, proving its functionality for many occasions.
2017
Although she didn’t attend the awards show in 2017, Ricci attended Warner Bros. Pictures and InStyle’s Golden Globes After Party. For the event, Ricci wore an orange sequin dress with a knee-high slit and trompe l’oeil off-the-shoulder effect with long sleeves from Monse. She coordinated the dress with black slingback heels.
2019
For HBO’s Golden Globe Awards After Party in 2019, Ricci kept it classic with an edge in a blue velvet gown with a thigh-high slit, sheer tights and black pumps, accessorizing with a black clutch bag. For jewelry, she wore a gold and diamond statement necklace.
